ChefPanel has published this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use and share information from you when you use the ChefPanel.com website (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy only applies to our collection of your personal information when you use the Website and Forum.

If you make any payment to ChefPanel at any time, we may send to these third-party vendors information related to the financial transaction, such as your credit or debit card information and billing address. ChefPanel does not store or otherwise retain any credit or debit card information.

      We may receive information about you and your activities on and off ChefPanel from third-party partners, such as partners who provide us with analytics regarding the Website.     ChefPanel has been implemented with leading service providers who maintain security procedures and practices to protect against unauthorised access, use or disclosure of your information. including:
     

    • Hosting our servers within secure data centre facilities

    • Secured login systems with HTTPS/SSL

    • Passwords stored in a secure format

       

  7. How can you manage the information we've collected from you?
    You can manage the information you share with us by logging into your account and changing it as you deem required at any time. Indeed, we request that you do maintain your information including your email address should you change employers or move.

     

  8. How do we protect the privacy of children?
    ChefPanel has no requirement to collect the data of children unless they are under 18 and employed in a professional kitchen according to the laws of the country in which they reside and work. If ChefPanel becomes aware of personal information collected personal information from a child, ChefPanel will immediately delete such information from its database. Further, because ChefPanel does not collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, ChefPanel has no such information to use or disclose to third-parties. ChefPanel has designed this Privacy Policy in order to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

     

  9. What about third-party websites?

    This Privacy Policy only applies to the Website and Forum that ChefPanel controls, and not any third-party websites that you may visit as a result of clicking on a link within the Website or Forum. Third-party websites are under no obligation to comply with this Privacy Policy. Before visiting or providing personal information to a third-party website, you should inform yourself of the privacy policies and practices (if any) of that third-party website, and should take those steps necessary to, at your discretion, protect your privacy.

    Every time you use the Website or Forum, the then-current version of this Privacy Policy will apply. Although most changes are likely to be minor, ChefPanel reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy by posting such modification on this page; however, if changes are significant, ChefPanel may provide a more prominent notice or email you. Unless ChefPanel obtains your express consent, any revised Privacy Policy will apply only to information collected after the effective date of such revised Privacy Policy, and not to information collected under any earlier version.
